He was here for an annual furnace inspection. He showed up on time and at the door ready and raring to go. He examined, educated and fixed!!! He obviously knew his stuff. He was patient with this old (and talkative) crazy lady. My furnace was checked, repaired and is now working great! I had the option to report what he found to my home warranty company, but made the decision to have him do it while he was here. I completely trusted him because of his demeanor & obvious knowledge which I always use to judge a technician that comes to my home. Contact with the office staff was also amazing.
