He came out to help us with our HVAC system and did an absolute 5-star job from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and diagnosed the issue right away. Francois took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions clearly, and fixed the issue quickly without cutting any corners. It’s rare to find technicians this knowledgeable, honest, and respectful of your home. Everything is running perfectly now. Had a cool breeze membership for the last 2 years, on the last seasonal tuneup I had a call that my unit was unsafe and should not be run. Followed up with home warranty who had to send their own contracted companies for obvious reasons. And oddly enough they had a completely different response to what was going on. To be fair and diligent I even requested another company come out to make sure nothing was missed. Both companies had said the unit was safe to run.
I called attempting to figure it out and after first phone call I NEVER even received a call back.. Not sure if they were looking for a way to sell me on a new system since mine is old, but the lack of communication and clarity was sad. I would say keep looking.

Hesitated to reply, but I guess writing a bad review was what it took for to receive a callback, so denying your request is hardly what I would call it. Just to clear things up, you had not included any photos of rust or carbon buildup. Your tech never took a CO reading inside the living space at any of my vents, returns or exhaust of the system after the single high reading at the furnace evaporator.. Instead you stuck your reader in below the coils and snapped a photo of 21ppm and red tagged my unit. Previous inspections only noted that the levels inside the home should be made aware, not a hazard. Have placed two 10ppm readers inside home AS Requested and no alerts.. Age of my equipment is no excuse. No explanation of safety except that my heat exchanger was failing and needed a $7800 replacement. So respectfully I had two more inspections done, at my own expense, and both said the opposite. To other readers I say do your diligence if dealing with cool breeze because this whole interaction was not professional.
